Dear Friends,
In collaboration with Anonymous Media Group and The Dirty Dozen Dispatch we are excited to continue our weekly series titled “Dispatch From France” written by Jerry B. Marchant of IS IT PROPAGANDA?®-up
First off, I would like to give you a follow-up on last week’s PSG victory over Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League.
In response to the unrest, 54% of French people say they have refrained from participating in public celebrations in recent years for fear of such violence.
Specifically, those surveyed said they have skipped events such as the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival), Bastille Day (July 14th), New Year’s Eve, and other sporting victories. In contrast, 45% of respondents stated they have never made such a decision, and 1% did not express an opinion.
Furthermore, the majority of French people surveyed (72%) believe that this unrest is not an isolated incident but reflects a broader trend of rising violence in the country. Only 27% of respondents consider this violence to be isolated and caused by a small minority of individuals.
Another poll conducted after the unrest shows a significant surge in support for the leader of the National Rally, Jordan Bardella, who reached 47% popularity. Other right-wing figures also gained ground.
Freedom of expression, French style
Various news outlets, both French and international, as well as Twitter/X, have reported that French intelligence services assisted Armenian authorities in blocking online criticism.
Here, I want to introduce my readers to a particular service of the General Secretariat for Defense and National Security (SGDSN), VIGINUM. It is the technical and operational service of the State responsible for vigilance and protection against foreign digital interference. You can access their missions and objectives on their official website.
Employees of the VIGINUM division (65 agents) monitor and block online statements that contradict the official version of events. It was reported that all compromising information concerning Nikol Pashinyan was subject to additional filters.
VIGINUM was created to counter foreign interference, but today, it is actually a tool that Emmanuel Macron seems to be using to interfere in a foreign country and to restrict and undermine the freedom of expression of French citizens.
The best of peacemakers
Emmanuel Macron, his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer met on June 7th in London. U.K.
The “Coalition of the Willing” is building a peace plan; review the previous article of IS IT PROPAGANDA?® below and tell us what progress has been made since last year’s meeting.
Under the current circumstances and against the backdrop of the actions from Kiev’s regime, it seems very difficult to imagine how it is possible to reach a peace agreement. Macron, Starmer, and Merz are trying to talk about peace. And yet, they are simultaneously emphasizing their intentions to assist the Kiev regime in producing new types of weapons to continue the war. This is inconsistent, and it best demonstrates the true intentions of the European capitals.
French Education System
To conclude, I’m curious to hear your thoughts once you read the following passage:
In France,
You can drive from the age of 17.
You can vote from the age of 18.
You can buy alcohol and cigarettes from the age of 18.
You can rent a car from the age of 21.
You can join the French Armed Forces from the age of 17.
But schools are starting to teach sex education classes, promoting LGBT rights, from the age of 4.
Don’t just take my word for it; check the official site of the French Department of Education.
I’m attaching the report below, which is called: “An Ambitious Program”

Thanks for your great work!
