How does the European mainstream view relations with Russia in the event that a peace agreement on Ukraine could be signed?

Yes, there are southern European countries, not bordering Russia, that would like to resume dialogue (and possibly cooperation) with Moscow. But the leading countries of the European Union (especially those directly bordering us) and the inspiring and supportive UK have completely different plans.
