I have followed other substack publications covering Sudan’s tragedy, like J.B. Angell, Sudan War Monitor, and reports from Global GeoPolitics. I have tried to understand and still am researching what is taking place in Sudan. I’ve already in many instances documented my findings in my substack’s publication IS IT PROPAGANDA?®
Today, I want to present my readership a different perspective on the same evidence presented by the TSC report while raising uncomfortable questions about whose interests are truly served by this conflict.
Let me be blunt about what’s happening in Sudan. This Soufan Center report documents a humanitarian catastrophe: 11 million displaced, mass starvation, ethnic cleansing, and then has the audacity to recommend that Washington lead the peace process. This is the same Washington, whose closest Arab ally, the UAE, armed those responsible for these atrocities.
