When you subscribe to or interact with IS IT PROPAGANDA?®, the following categories of data may be collected:

• Identity Data: Your name and email address provided at signup.

• Payment Data: Billing information processed by Stripe via Substack. IS IT PROPAGANDA?® does not directly store or access payment card details.

• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Publication, including open rates, click-through rates, and reading behavior, as provided by Substack’s analytics.

• Communication Data: Any messages or comments you send to the Publisher through the Substack platform.

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has subscribed, please contact us immediately.

3. How We Use Your Data

The data collected is used solely for the following purposes:

• To deliver the newsletter and associated content to your inbox.

• To manage your subscription, billing, and account status.

• Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your financial data is subject to Stripe’s security and privacy standards.

• Legal Compliance: We may disclose data when required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority.

5. Data Retention

We retain subscriber data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal, accounting, or administrative purposes. Upon written request, we will delete your personal data to the extent technically feasible and not otherwise required by law.

6. Cookies and Tracking

IS IT PROPAGANDA?® does not independently deploy cookies or tracking technologies. Substack, as the hosting platform, may use cookies in accordance with its own policy. By using the Substack platform, you consent to Substack’s use of cookies as described in their privacy documentation.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you.

• The right to request correction of inaccurate data.

• The right to request deletion of your data (”right to be forgotten”).
